香港科學工作者協會會徽說明
會徽選用紅，藍兩種色彩，紅色是太陽的顏色，體現科學家們對創新，對學術真理的執著追求；藍色是大海的顏色，代表科學家們知識淵博及追求高質素科學研究的遠大目標。
會徽以英文字母『S』為主體，S是科學工作者英文『scientist』的第一個字母，它的形狀創意來自于DNA雙螺旋結構，代表了生物科學及醫學的領域。
紅色外框是橢圓形的行星和電子軌道形狀，代表了數學，物理學，天文學等自然科學，外框環繞在『HKSA』周圍，象徵着協會跟各類科學的通力合作和團結。
『HKSA』是香港科學工作者協會英文全稱『Hong Kong Scientist Association』的縮寫，簡單明了，讓人一看到會徽就聯想到香港科學工作者協會。
會徽的整體象徵着香港科學工作者協會廣泛吸收和團結自然科學，社會科學領域的科學家，於互相交流中探求學術真理，致力於社區廣泛促進科研發展。
Emblem of Hong Kong Scientist Association
The emblem of Hong Kong Scientist Association is red and blue in color. Red color represents the sun, symbolizing the perseverance of scientists for innovation and scientific integrity. Blue color represents the sea, symbolizing the broad expertise/knowledge of our scientists and their utmost objective in good quality scientific research. The emblem is an “S” shape, representing the first letter of “Scientist”, and it bears the shape of the double-stranded helix structure of DNA – denoting the field of biological science and medicine. The red outer layer is the shape of an electron orbit, symbolizing physics and natural science, and encompasses “HKSA”- Hong Kong Scientist Association, suggesting integration and unity of the social community and different fields of science. Collectively, the emblem is symbolism of HKSA scientists collaborating and uniting with different scientific fields and the social community, with the endeavor to promote quality scientific research through active collaboration and inspire awareness of scientific research among the social community.
